Jennifer Brown

General Manager

Having always been passionate about food and restaurants – Jennifer actually began her career in art – graduating in Fine Art from Central Saint Martins in 2009. She then went onto open her own gallery in Oxford and to support the gallery she worked as a Manager at The Old Parsonage Hotel. Unable to do both she decided to pursue her real passion of hospitality and went onto work for Jeremy Mogford for 5 years helping him push forward and develop The Old Parsonage, Gee’s, Quod Brasserie and The Old Bank Hotel.

We are very pleased to have Jennifer leading our front of house team. She has very broad experience, a great eye for detail and real passion for service and hospitality.

Johnny will be moving from The Clove Club where he has been Joint General Manager and co-owner since it opened in march 2013, to focus on Luca, supported by Jennifer and Robert. He is excited about developing a fantastic list of predominantly Italian wines and will have a sharp focus and firm hand on the style of service and ambience; the same approach that won The Clove Club the “Service Award” at the National Restaurant Awards 2016.
